I had a very disappointing experience with Webb’s Towing. Per their policy, I called one hour before arrival to confirm the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was told multiple times that it was released and ready. However, when the tow truck driver arrived, the front desk employee refused to speak with him and claimed no prior call had been made. When I called back to resolve the issue, the employee began yelling, would not allow me to explain the situation, used profanity toward me, and hung up the phone. This level of unprofessionalism and hostility toward customers is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this matter seriously.

Selena and Richard at WEBB TOWING shout out. Selena made sure I knew up front cost no hidden fees and was very professional. Richard above and beyond, made it look so easy, calm voices both of them, try to ease my hysterical crying. Thank you Webb Towing for being that company.

Today on my way to work and Old Goldie my 1999 Saturn lost power and I was stranded on the side of the road and Webb's Towing was really quick and professional.
