This was my first experience in having to deal with a situation like this. This company was my first choice and it turned out to be my best choice. From start to finish everyone I spoke with was very attentive to my personal needs and respected my feelings and handled everything with the utmost respect and courtesy. Every conversation, every phone call, every text even the tow truck driver's call and when he picked up the car was very commendable. Even after the car was picked up and out of sight and I was paid the price agreed on I received another phone call to make sure that all went well and payment was received I appreciated that follow up from them to make "sure " everything was done. Edryan assured me that Wheelzy was authentic & that been in business for 15yrs. I’m impress with the customer service. Edryan is very professional & stay in contact with me prior, doing & after the pick up of my vehicle. I would recommend this company & looking forward to doing business again with Wheelzy. I had two older model vehicles that wouldn’t run anymore. I called Wheezly and they were exceptionally friendly and helpful to me. They sent a tow driver to my residence on the same day and I received more money for my vehicles than I ever expected. They kept in constant contact with me to assure great Service. Their driver showed up and was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. He was efficient, super friendly, and even helped me get items from one of the cars that I couldn’t gain access to. He was extremely safety cautious too. Seeing my two cars leave wasn’t easy, but these people made my transition so very simple and stress free. I’m overwhelmed by their professionalism and kindness to me and I will definitely, no doubt about it, recommend them very highly to others. I hesitated having my cars removed for a long time, due to the anguished anticipation and hassle.. but there was NONE…zero. I’m truly a happy customer. Bless you all Stephany H
