I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT CALL. Quoted me $580 for a tow that was .6 miles, my car is two roads over. The dispatcher said they were increasing their prices due to flooding. This business is price gouging. I’ll will be reporting them to the attorney general, I have the call recorded.

I called here for assistance and the staff was very nice. They were unable to assist me for over an hour so I did not proceed with the service. I thanked them for their time and called another service.

Stuck on I-95 near Fort Lauderdale at almost midnight with a shredded tire and trucks flying past way too close is not how I planned to end my Friday. Humidity was insane, my flashlight kept flickering, and the spare in my trunk was apparently missing... still don’t know how that happened. After scrolling through random listings for 24 hour towing Miami, I called Matchless Towing Services and somebody picked up immediately without sounding half asleep. Driver showed up in maybe 25 minutes, crouched down with this tiny headlamp and started loosening the lug nuts before I even finished explaining what happened. He kept things calm, which mattered more than I expected. Ended up towing me to a tire shop that opens early nearby for about $145 total. Honestly way smoother than dealing with the roadside assistance Miami number through my insurance. Rare Miami towing service experience that didn’t leave me irritated afterward.
