I was out of town working in Jax around 8pm getting out from work my tire blew up and no spare tire in my Tesla. RAC Road assistance came and save the day! He came and took the tire to a tire-shop and came back with a new one installed it and boom am ready to hit the road all this within 45 min tops. Great job RAC. Charming guy, small business owner providing excellent services. Thank you!

5 stars all around! Alex was the first to respond to me and get me back on the road, without even being late for work! I popped my tire, used Yelp to find a mobile tire company to come to my house and get me back on the road. Within the hour, Alex answered me, and I was back on the road. I mean, y’all already know, I’m all about customer service. Alex kept me in contact the whole way. I suggest you to go ahead and put his number in your phone, there is nothing worse than to be worried about a bad mechanic or tire replacement. As a woman that knows nothing about cars, I was truly taken care of at 7:00 am and will always be grateful for his service and prompt communication.
