I had a great experience with Rizzo. My car was on the side of the highway ramp over night due to my wheel popping off the cv axle. Rob was very attentive to my situation and decided to travel to make sure it was still on the side of the ramp and also to prevent the local authorities from towing it themselves which would have costed a lot more than what i was going to pay. I managed to get a ride to meet up with him while he was in his personal vehicle. He took me to where his tow truck was to come back and get the my car, mind you my car was on the floor! His expertise gave him the ability to get my car on the tow truck bed and take me to my destination. Very reasonable, very considerate of my own situation and willingness to take initiative to get me right! Will definitely be doing business again and will be my first point of contact when it comes to any towing needs!

I had to have my car towed a pretty far distance when it overheated at work. Robert answered my text and call within minutes, gave me a VERY reasonable quote and was able to tow my car that same day, just a few hours after my request. The whole process was seamless and he was very easy to make contact with. My car breaking down was very stressful, but thankfully getting it back home wasn’t.
