From the moment I called for a tow to the time I was driving away, the entire experience took just 50 minutes. It was the quickest, smoothest, most professional, and kind service I’ve ever received. This all happened unexpectedly picking up a very young child from school— tired at the end of a long day — so as you can imagine, it could have been a very stressful situation. Allen and the driver (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly kind) were absolutely amazing. They were calm, reassuring, and genuinely caring during a moment that could have easily felt overwhelming. I felt so lucky to have found their shop while frantically trying to figure out what to do. Thank you both for making a stressful situation completely anxiety-free — and for providing such excellent service without charging an arm and a leg. I truly appreciate it!
