Alex and Al and the entire team were a joy to work with.. I purchased tires elsewhere and that place could not balance them, so I brought my F250 to Discount after hearing they have superior road force balancing machines. Not only did they diagnose that two tires were defective for being out of round, but they contacted Goodyear for me, and had two new tires delivered, and mounted and balanced them for me and checked the alignment. All counter folks and technicians were so helpful and patient at answering any questions I had, and showing me actual road force readings, and explaining the corrective action.. Very sincere honest folks and such a hard working/efficient team.. Technicians and counter folks all great! I know this is long, but I can't say enough good about them compared to other shops nowadays.. They deserve praise! Dan S

I've been going to Discount tire for the past 14 years, and I'll keep going as long as they maintain their policies and quality of service. Their tire warranty policy is fantastic, and they make every part of the process very easy without charging a premium for the convenience. There have been a few times when the situation wasn't ideal--the employee was new, the store was crazy busy, or my car was feeling particularly stubborn--but I've been impressed with how they've handled those sorts of challenges. Worse case scenario, I might have to wait a little longer. They won't send me away with stripped lugs or an unresolved problem.

I did an automative scan that I believe triggered my TPMS light. After making sure that my tire pressures were all within acceptable levels, I decided to take the next step by getting my sensors checked. After past bad experiences with most of the national chains, I took a chance on Discount Tire based on their Google reviews. I was able to easily book an appointment online but most importantly when I showed up for my appointment, I was met with such excellent customer service which is a rarity these days. Sam, the senior manager checked my sensors, assured me that they were all okay and did a scan to release the TPMS light; all FREE of cost. In less than 10 minutes, I was out the door. I highly recommend Discount Tire and definitely plan to return for any tire services that I may need in the future.
