Very happy with the very high quality of service from Eddie the service manager and the technicians at German Car Depot. Eddie communicated the status of the vehicle frequently, explaining the issues, recommendations, and timelines. He and the technicians took the time to test drive the vehicle after repairs were made and ensured that all issues were addressed and tested for performance. Key issues on this 164,000 mile, 14 year old, Porsche Cayenne Diesel, included battery replacement, a fuel injector replacement, sunroof drains cleared and the DEF heater replaced. Fast turnaround for all this work - about 48 hours!

Took my Audi SQ5 in for a coolant leak. Eddie took care of me when I came in the door diagnosed car in a couple of hours, had a quote ready for coolant leak and other things car needed. This shop is very professional and has great customer service. Milton car mechanic that worked on my car was extremely professional and nice. I will come back again. My car is repaired everything is working fine.
