Considering nobody ever wants to have to call a tow truck, my experience with Precision was fantastic. Got a representative on the phone immediately. They were super pleasant and easy to talk to. I got a price up front and a timeframe but when I can expect the driver. The driver contacted me immediately and said he’ll be there in 30 minutes. And he was. He took great care and getting my wife’s car loaded up and onto the house. The driver, Sean, It was super helpful and friendly. Good conversation all the way home. Even the tow truck inside and outside was clean. Those things matter. I made payment, which was super easy. No surprises. And the man went on his way. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for your help.

The driver called me before arriving to the location and once he got there. I wasn’t present with the vehicle at the time but he made me feel like I was by his great communication! He also arrived sooner than the estimated all around great service 10/10 would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Precision towing was on point. Called with an issue on my wife's car and they responded quickly. Sean the driver was very friendly and held conversation the entire time and was very professional.
