Our uhaul broke down this weekend and although uhaul didn't give a shit and left myself,my husband and 11 year old son on the side of the road for 10 hours!!!! Uhaul finally got us a tow and promised us a Uber was coming to pick us up!! A Uber NEVER did show! These guys were super nice and seen us literally shivering from the cold and gave us a ride to where we needed to go. Eddie!!! Your a life saver

Scam and rip-off operation. My vehicle was towed there after an accident, and they charged several fees for services they never actually provided. When I called to dispute the extra charges, the phone operator said the manager wasn’t available and would return the next day. I called the next day, and she then claimed he wouldn’t be back for another four days and that it would be cheaper for me to just pay the bogus fees than wait for him. She also told me over the phone that I could pay by card, but when I arrived in person they suddenly claimed there was a $250 credit card fee. Completely dishonest and unprofessional.

This happened 6 years ago, but my old review must've been deleted? Anyway, I was parked in an empty lot of a now defunct bar in the early afternoon on a Thursday. I was picking up some medicine from a friend in adjacent business, was gone from my car for no more than 20 minutes to find it towed. I had to pay $200ish dollars after I ubered to their lot and almost beat my car back there. The business I was parked at had a lot of negative reviews about vehicles being towed, even customers of said business. That arrangement was predatory, I'm not sure they've gotten any better based on recent reviews.
