I gave this place a solid 5 stars for how professionally they handled the situation. I parked in the wrong spot and got towed, which was obviously not ideal but completely on me. The staff were incredibly respectful and everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. There were no issues with the company itself, but it was a good reminder to double check the signage in the future.

And like I said before , unprofessional, he’s nothing you described him to be . Why would you try to tow someone’s car if they were getting in it? To get money yup. He didn’t want to have a blank trip with no pay. AGAIN as stated I called and he said one thing about why it was being towed and the company said another. YOU DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY THAT HAS A 1.5 review lol . Such a great company that speaks so much about YOUR COMPANY! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! NOTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY SPEAKS PROFESSIONALISM! I hope he enjoys the money he was so eager to have. Have a blessed day!

Target tourists. Towed our car that was parked in a handicap spot, my uncle just had knee surgery. He was in severe pain. Told us oh well you're paying in cash. Which i thought was very fishy. Will not be back to clearwater. And reading in a lot of groups its a thing there. The restaurants hotels all survive on tourism if you treat people this way, why would they come back
