I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire. Isiah went above and beyond for me, even though I showed up close to closing time. He never made me feel rushed and made sure everything was handled properly. Him and his manager Eric both stayed on top of everything and made sure I was completely taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find nowadays. Professional, respectful, and truly top notch from start to finish. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience at the Hammock Landing Discount Tire! I purchased my tires online and scheduled my installation appointment online as well, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. I received an email notification when my tires arrived at the shop, followed shortly by a phone call from the store to confirm my installation appointment. I also appreciated the text reminders and check-in texts the day before and the day of my appointment. I arrived about 20 minutes early, and right at my appointment time I was greeted by the service manager, Eric, who was extremely polite and professional. Dalton was also great and helped get my vehicle checked in quickly and efficiently. My vehicle was finished and ready in less than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, which was impressive. They took the time to inform and educate me on the best service intervals to properly maintain my tires, and there were no pushy upsells or unnecessary add-ons—just honest, efficient, and genuinely friendly service. This team truly values their customers’ time and experience. Highly recommend this location!
