Ravi pulled the word out of my brain as I was attempting to remember the service I needed and that proved their knowledge at this shop. My confidence shot up 100% being that I just left a mechanic shop that wanted to start part swapping without a diagnosis. Ravi knew what first I needed and informed me of what followed if any minor or major parts needed repair. Being that I was 5 hours in distance from home Orlando Fl amd was hoping for my local shop to call me, I got the call as I pulled into this Nationwide Hual establishment and my mechanic home told me he was waiting for my arrival so I continued to Lakeland Fl. Where my mechanic shop is at. Didn’t get the service done with Ravi but eyes close I recommended this business 100% and I won’t hesitate if in the future I need work done and I happen to be nearby. Ravi and his guys are great guys. Appreciate their professionalism and prompt willingness to assist my trucks need.
