Absolutely outstanding service at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I was having an ongoing issue with my alternator and battery that took a few visits to get to the bottom of, and Chris was nothing short of exceptional. He didn’t just run a quick test and send me on my way — he double and triple checked everything, using his experience and intuition to make sure nothing was overlooked. You can’t teach that — that’s genuine expertise and care. Thanks to his persistence, we discovered the alternator was in fact the problem, even though it initially tested fine. He saved me a full day of frustration, a costly mechanic bill, and a potential tow. Marius was also incredibly helpful and just as genuine. Both of them went above and beyond, showing real dedication to helping customers, not just moving through the motions. They could have easily stopped after the first test, but instead they took the time to make sure I left with answers and confidence. This kind of integrity and customer service is rare these days.
