I booked an appointment for new tires and they were booking 3 weeks out. The day comes and I drop my car off, only for them to call me that afternoon and tell me they only have 3 tires and can’t get a 4th until the next day. Mind you, I had this appointment for weeks. I needed my car so I picked it up and went after work the next day for the 4th tire. After driving a few days, my tire pressure light came on. I went back and they said it was a valve stem. Another day goes by and it happens again. Another “valve stem”. It happens again until I have all 4 valve stems replaced. The tire light still comes on. I took it to a different shop which they informed me I have a rim leak because my aluminum rims were not properly cleaned and sealed. I had to pay more money for another shop to do it correctly. Haven’t had an issue since. Will not be going back here.

Always a good experience here. Very honest people who only suggest services your car really needs. I feel like I can trust them and it's not about up selling you more services. That seems to be increasingly rare in the auto service business.
