Action Towing on Marketplace Dr in Rochester has never let me down. From auto to motorcycle, they can tow it. They are usually pretty prompt and all of their guys so far have been great. Quick shoutout to Michael H., a driver there who I’ve worked with twice now. He goes above and beyond and I want Action to know that we really appreciate Michael. You have a good man there.

We were on our way to pick up our new puppy when we caught that pothole on Monroe at clover. We called AAA and Jason showed up in 10 minutes. It was the easiest process. He was personable, professional and most of all kind to us on an exciting day that went wrong. I cannot say enough about Jason and how much his help kept us focused and relaxed when we just wanted to scream. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you. We did finally manage to get our puppy. I had a great experience with these guys. I havnt had a breakdown in 20 years. These guys were fast and the driver they sent, Mario, was very friendly and professional. He gave me a ride home, explained everything he was doing including the charge. It was cheaper than I thought and honestly with the great a service and the drivers friendliness and professionalism, was not a tough price to pay. If you need a tow and have a choice ask for these guys.
