I've used Mission Wrecker several times through Geico emergency roadside assistance. I've always had a great experience. They call almost immediately, are friendly, and gentle with my vehicle. John Lawrence did a great job today and communicated consistently about my vehicle since I wasn't with it this time, even provided a photo of pick up and drop off so I know the service was complete. Towing can be a stressful and worrisome experience nobody welcomes. However today Felipe made towing my Corvette Z06 as enjoyable as possible. He explained why he was doing things his way after decades of experience. I had a tow last month that went well however Felipe had a better system to make sure absolutely nothing scratched my car. A courtesy and cordial gentleman that I would trust towing all my families cars. I will be asking for Felipe on all future tows of my vehicles.
