So overall my experience with Atascocita car care & collision was good, but there is places it wasn’t as good. So from beginning estimating/ insurance it was perfect, Claudine was EXCELLENT. She answered every single question I had prior to taking my truck up there. Once I did this is where Claudine’s customer service really shined, she called me multiple times a week to update me on where in the repair process my truck was from tear down to paint to reassembly and finishing, she also updated me on how it was working with the insurance company and all was well. Now my only issues lie when I was taking delivery of my truck which I would say is the most important, I walked out with Claudine to do a quick inspection prior to me taking delivery and I let her know of a few things I didn’t like (improper alignment issues) and she went and got her tech to come to look at it so I could relay the information, they kept it another day and seemingly fixed the issue. By the time I came around the 2nd time to pick up my truck I noticed a few things - the black trimming that goes at the base of my windshield was never relapsed for some reason despite it being affected by the accident I was in (refer to picture), also the bigger one to me was that I have an aftermarket bumper in the front of my truck and they agreed to install a similar bumper, great. So they did allow me to keep my old damaged one but that’s when I noticed the hardware they also gave me was new, they decided to use the old hardware that I believe was damaged in the accident. They must’ve just hammered it straight or something to get it to align properly again but when I was in the accident my original bumper itself was in the same condition but seemly bent into the front end of my truck indicating that something else had to give besides the bumper. Claudine assured me I didnt have damage on the front mounts of my truck so that leaves one place left - the brackets and hardware my bumper came with. I just don’t have enough confidence in the old brackets given they were in an accident with a semi truck. Overall the place was good, Claudine was great, the repair work was nothing to write home about.

If I could give Atascocita Car Care more than 5 stars, I would! This business came highly recommended from a good friend of mine - for context - I live in Houston so it’s much further than my usual spot, and I’m the type that only services my BMW at the dealership; I have a contact and friend there. I decided to try ACC out for a windshield replacement. I was provided a quote(same day) for approximately 1/2 of the cost of the BMW dealership and went ahead with the repair, and scheduled it for about 5 days later. When I arrived I was greeted by two amazing customer service staff and a very clean and tidy sales floor & office. The ladies were super nice and down to earth. Great conversation. The owner had already prepared my paperwork for me which was amazing - just had to provide address and email. I should note that every service bay the eye could see was full - always a good sign. As the work itself, it was done within the same day - I dropped it off at 9 and the glass was done by 2:30 or 3. I could not be happier with the quality of work and work on the car. Glass in particular for European cars can be very tricky. Even though it’s 45 minutes as opposed to 20, I’ll be bringing my car here for all repairs going forward. 10/10 would highly recommend this business!!!

10/10, would get crashed into again just to go back. Two accidents within 45 days of one another. (neither was my fault, please I swear I’m a good driver). The guys and gals up at ACC&C got me more than just fixed up. My 2016 Miata came out not once, but TWICE looking better than ever before. It’s one thing to have a good experience at a body shop, but back to back? That’s consistency, skill, dedication, and that’s an unbelievable amount of pride and care into your work product. Amy, Amber, and Peter were completely on top of status updates and communication. Every question was answered and if an answer was not there, it was met with a “let me find out for you!” And answered same day, if not within the hour. I’ve worked with a lot of body shops in the past as an auto claims adjuster and can say with confidence these guys run a tight ship. I’ve been blown away by the work of the body techs and well as the painters with their craft that they have mastered. Three stage paint with plastic repair and body panel replacement and alignment, they absolutely nailed it and then some. They even fixed my wrinkled tint on my driver door during the tear down process! A huge thank you to the whole team for getting me back on the road, TWICE, with a car that I can be proud to be seen in with the top down and knowing that if myself or anyone else may need bodywork done to go see the team at Atascocita Car Care and Collision. Thank you again to the whole team on the front end and in the back. Hoping I don’t have to see you again soon, but if I do I can rest assured I’ll be taken care of
