Great experience with peddle! Easy online offer and on the day of pickup, I was scheduled for 11am-3pm but wanted something earlier and nothing was available to book. Luckily the tow truck driver called me around 9am and said that he was in the area and could pick up the car now if I was available. I agreed, he was here within 10 minutes looked at my car took a few pictures and started it. He wrote my check out for the exact quote online, no hassles and such a quick process. I cashed the check that day and deposited into my account. I would definitely recommend! I’ve seen a few bad reviews online and that is unfortunate of their experience. Fair price paid, friendly, easy transaction. My only issue was the pick up was 6 hours after the planned time and I would have liked more communication about that. (I had to drive an hour to meet them. I showed up at the meeting time so they would not be waiting on me but then I had to wait at the dealership for 6 hours, the drivers were super friendly and apologetic- it all worked out.)

It was very good experience for me. I was very emotionally attached to my car so to see it go was very emotional and I did cry watching them take it. But my overall peddle experience was wonderful and so was the towing service. His name was Jonathan and he was very kind.
