Carlos went above and beyond helping me get my Tesla out of the impound lot after an accident. They wouldn't let him go into the yard to pick up the vehicle and because the airbags deployed, the Tesla would not go in neutral. After two battery boxes and many attempts to get it in to tow mode, it finally worked but the car wouldn't drive so Carlos helped me push it all the way to the entrance where he was allowed to pick it up. It was a hot and sweaty 1+ hr ordeal and Carlos was super helpful! Thanks so much man!

I really appreciated the quick response when my battery had died on a Sunday. They came and replaced my battery in less than an hour. Very grateful they were able to do it so quickly!
