His communication was excellent — he kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find towing service that combines reliability with genuine customer care, but Raul and the Triton team nailed it. Highly recommend!

Terrible towing company, apparently if you register your car you’re free to park however you please. I see tons of people park using two spaces at my apartment complex but they never get towed ever. Do not employ for your apartment complex as you will receive complaints from tenants. Terrible customer service as well. I had contacted them about a vehicle parked in not just my spot but the neighboring spot with the white line down the middle of their car and guess what?? It was there for three whole days even when I provided license plate number and any other info they’d need. For a commissioned job they sure don’t like to make money. Do better Triton towing

This towing company is a sick business representing a symptom of a larger sickness among apartment complexes that contract them purely to increase their profits. They defend their $330 predatory tow by claiming rates are “set by the state” (only maximums are set by the state, NOT minimums — so they are charging the maximum they legally can). They operate out of a trailer with a sign on the customer service window that says, “Be nice or leave,” showing they know full well their service is harmful and not legitimate. The system is designed to profit from hardworking people’s mistakes, with no legal recourse. The employees working at Triton should feel completely ashamed of themselves, though it’s clear they are trapped in a position where making an honest living seems impossible without taking advantage of others. A disgraceful operation.
