I just want to start off by saying Third Coast Recovery has the most lying unprofessional staff, when I called to inquire if my car was in there yard they informed me that it wasn’t. I had contacted the non emergency line and they told me that Third Coast Recovery was the one that called it in to report they picked it up. I contacted all the tow companies and they informed that they didn’t have it. Worrying thinking it was stolen, then I receive a call from Third Coast Recovery and they told me that they did have it. Not even an apology did I get from them. When I went to there office, V was very rude to me and when I told them that for the anxiety and inconvenience they should release my vehicle to me for free. He said that the owner Sammy wouldn’t answer his phone. What kind of management does this company have, then I told him to reach out to Elida, she’s supposedly the office manager and he tells me that he doesn’t have her phone number, another lie. Third Coast recovery needs better office staff. Rant over.

Unfortunately my vehicle was towed on Saturday the 14th, in the Point parking lot downtown! They charged me 207.00 bucks to get my vehicle out there yard. When I called them they said they had it. I went to there location and the lady was not helpfull what so ever! They are a company that does predatory towing! They scratch my front bumper all up! The lady was rude and would not give any information what so ever! I will be trying to resolve the damages with the owner! I will be contacting them Monday!

This company stole my 5-year handicap placard when picked up car. Returned everything else in the car that was in glove compartment, under seats, in back area, etc but not the ONE AND ONLY thing that was on the drivers side. Really? What company Steals from disabled? To the police department I go and refuses to give me the owners name. If your Texas handicap placard is stolen, report it immediately to your local police department for documentation, then contact the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) or your county tax office to apply for a replacement using a police report and Form VTR-214 to prevent misuse and get a new one. Misusing a placard (using a stolen, altered, or borrowed one) is a serious offense in Texas, leading to significant fines (up to $1,250) and community service, as the law protects disabled parking access.
