Skyhawk Towing acted in an extremely deceptive and unprofessional manner. My car was towed Saturday morning and when I called, the man who answered was hostile and rude, lied and told me the office was closed until Monday even though it was actually open on Saturdays. When I asked for the address of the lot where my car was being held, he refused to provide it and then hung up on me. This behavior appeared intentional and designed to prevent me from retrieving my vehicle. Although they later did not charge storage for Saturday, the fact remains that I was misled, treated with open disrespect, and then charged for a mailed notice/letter that I did not request, did not consent to, and had no ability to decline. This company’s conduct is dishonest, aggressive, and predatory. I strongly warn others to AVOID this unprofessional business.

Don't ever use! Clearly don't know how to do something but say they do! Ohh also they will try and over charge you once it's on the truck! Said they didn't damage my vehicle but photos don't lie and I included a photo to show how it was before!

Awesome experience. They were the only ones that had wheel dollies to support my tow. They were fast and professional. Highly recommend.
