The response to my call was quick and I didnt have to wait long either. Once my truck was brought home the driver asked me to get bricks to support truck (tire had broken off) so I wouldn't get more damage to my vehicle. I appreciated all he did and for transporting my truck with care. I highly recommend using Epic Towing Service.

My car broke down yesterday evening and I had such a great experience with this towing company! Their customer service was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and understanding. They were incredibly helpful and got to me so fast and kept in constant communication, which was a huge relief in a stressful situation. It’s hard to come by that level of care and efficiency these days, especially when you’re dealing with car trouble. I really appreciated how smooth and supportive the whole process was. Highly recommend!

Upset Customer!

I called Epic Towing to pick up my car in Northeast El Paso and take it to an auto repair shop on Montana and McRae. The man asked which side of town for pick up and drop off. He said it would cost me $135. I though it was a bit high but I said OK. Once the car was dropped off, the driver said his boss was going to call me. Just then, his boss called and said there were extra charges. An extra charge because the car was very low to the ground and he had to press a button to raise the car. There was an extra charge because of the distance and the time it took. It's $130 an hour and &130 for anytime into the next hour. He said I needed to pay $260 because he wasn't going to charge for something, then reduced it to $240. What a rip off! I'm going to post this information on Yelp, Facebook and the BBB. I think it amounts to deceptive practices.
