I had multiple wrecker services just plain hang up on me. The person on the phone with this service was kind and the price reasonable. The driver arrived quickly and was just so nice. I hope I never need a wrecker again but they are the only ones I would call.

Bad experience with the owner was nice first time calling then after started talking very rude and condescending, he told me it was gonna be 400 to take out once I got there he said it was 465 and then he didn't let the tow truck driver I got to take it so I had to pay another 200 for his own company to tow it out I understand trying to make money but being rude for no reason and taking advantage is another thing So if you get your car impounded there beware for his rude and sassy

Avoid This Company at All Costs – Negligent and Unaccountable On June 17, 2024, Poteet Wrecker Service towed my 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL with a fully loaded 3-car Kaufman hauler at the direction of a Pasadena Police officer. The tow driver, Jessie, acknowledged during a recorded phone call that he damaged my truck’s transmission oil cooler during the tow. This caused a complete loss of transmission fluid, resulting in total lock-up of the engine and over $14,000 in mechanical repairs. When I contacted Jessie and the company owner, they both refused to provide their insurance information, despite the damage being clearly acknowledged and documented. Instead of taking accountability, I was dismissed and told to “take it up with someone else.” Here’s what makes it worse: • The Pasadena Police Towed Vehicle Report clearly states the truck was damaged during the tow. • The storage yard supervisor at the Pasadena impound lot confirmed the damage and called Jessie himself, who admitted fault. • The company has refused to cooperate or show any responsibility, forcing me into hardship and legal action. This tow ruined my only source of income and left me with months of financial loss. I’ve now had to escalate this issue to TDLR, TMLIRP, and legal counsel just to seek justice. If you care about your property and livelihood, do not trust Poteet Wrecker Service with your vehicle. They are reckless, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional.
