When I went back a few months ago I requested an interior part, the two men working the counter proceeded to price gauge me, then before I can finish my next sentence, they interrupted me, telling me to "go get it off ebay." I never mentioned ebay, only that the price was significantly higher than normal. They talked quick and over me, like they were trying to pressure someone with a calm demeanor into a poor purchase. The part they were selling was cracked, and missing clips as well. You are better off, like they said, buying your parts off Ebay than here.

I’ve been calling around trying to get a part for my Toyota and everyone that I call has been very unhelpful. They would give me an answer without even trying. But when I called Toyo Kings, Angel, the representative on the phone, was very helpful and very professional and he made me feel like he really wanted to help me, this is a great establishment to have such a diligent person at their forefront
