This location is definitely 5 stars. The hospitality and the customer service is unmatched. Johnathon and Mitchell were there through the whole process. We were stranded for 3 days in front of the store. They were very courteous and helpful. We definitely recommend this location to anyone passing through temple or that stays in temple.

I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts today to grab a new windshield wiper before the storms hit, and Ramon was amazing! He was so helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. He even installed the wiper for me on the spot, which was such a relief with the weather rolling in. Great customer service — thanks, Ramon!

While traveling, I experienced an alternator failure that could have left me stranded more than two hours away from my destination. Thankfully, Bobby and Ernest went above and beyond to help me. They quickly diagnosed the issue, located the right replacement, and had my alternator installed in under 15 minutes—an incredible display of teamwork, skill, and professionalism. Because of them, I was able to safely continue my trip to Dallas without delay. After an already tough week dealing with the government shutdown and other challenges, their kindness and dedication truly brightened my entire week.
