On 10/03/2025 I just started trimming trees at my MIL home in the Wood Forest subdivision. The College Station heavy debris truck rolled past on his route. I thought, well I missed the pickup. Upon finishing my project, the same truck rolled up to the driveway, the gentlemen got out and picked up the pile. I know he didn't have to back track his route but he did and he did it with a smile. Thank you, sir.

I’ve never left a review on anything in my life but this is genuinely the worst company on the face of the planet. Every year without fail it’s something with them whether it’s you didn’t put out the cans exactly 6 feet apart or they were slightly too full or they just didn’t feel like picking it up today. They even get out of the truck and leave a little note telling you why they refuse to pick it up. I’ve had my trash cans on the curb for over a week now and when I called asking why they told me “actually you don’t have the cans on the curb.” Here I was thinking they suck at their job but thank god it’s just my imagination. If you didn’t make it past the second grade and you’re looking for a job this is the place for you, you might even make employee of the month.

Two men with public works saw my car break down in an intersection and came over to help. They directed traffic away from me, parked their truck to prevent any accidents, and stayed with me helping until the problem was fixed and I could leave. I am so grateful they were there and stopped their busy schedules to help me! I only regret not getting their names but thank goodness those men are a working part of our town!
