Towing your car on New Year’s Day from a private residential garage where you pay monthly for parking is next-level disgusting and disgraceful. I didn’t even know my car was gone until January 2nd. No warning, no notice. Just gone. I had to walk in freezing weather to their lot to get my own car back. My residential parking permit was inside my car, placed on the center stack below the radio. After explaining everything, the only thing they offered was $25 off, still charging me $276. No empathy. No discretion. No humanity — on a holiday. This doesn’t feel like enforcement. It feels predatory. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's something nice all this, it turns out that they take my car for having a visitor sticker on Sunday, which is true and I'm breaking a rule, but it turns out that there are 5 other cars with the same sticker and some without any and they only take mine, do they know that I'm Hispanic and there is some discrimination in it? When I ask the company he tells me that he doesn't know anything about why the others don't. I even show you evidence with photos of dates and time

I think 4 stars is all a tow place can get. The frontman is always so nice about taking your tow payment. So sweet. But they do ruin your day. So it can never be 5 stars. Unless you love getting robbed. But overall. For a tow company. They seem to be pretty kind about the whole experience.
