I had a very bad experience with this shop. I called in advance and asked if they had a brake drum hub for my trailer in stock. They told me they did and that I could come to their shop. When I arrived, nobody was there — I had to wait 4 hours for someone to show up. Then, after they finally arrived, they told me they actually didn’t have the part. This was on Saturday. They promised me that on Sunday they would come to my truck stop and replace it. I explained to them many times how important it was not to let me down because my customers were waiting for the load that I had to deliver on Monday. On Sunday, they called again and said they still didn’t have the part. I asked how early they could fix it on Monday, and they promised to have the part by 7:30 AM and that the job would take 2 hours. On Monday morning they came to my truck stop, looked at the trailer for a while, and then told me to bring it to their shop. Once I brought it there, they started working for 10 minutes, then disappeared for 2 hours, and repeated this cycle the entire day. Because of this, I was only able to leave at 5 PM. Terrible service. They don’t keep their word, they waste people’s time, and they put drivers in very difficult situations. And for all this, I was charged $1,379.38 — a price that no other shop would ever quote for such poor and unprofessional work. If your time and money are valuable, I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

I like to thank the owner Ray and the Machanic David. Both of them took me out to lunch while waiting for my repair to get finished. Most importantly this shop took on a job that many Mechanics will not do because of the location of the part on the truck. My truck kept breaking motor mounts every 6 months and I was advised by other shops to update grade my motor mount from a two bolt motor mount to a 4 bolt motor mount. Changing these is not a easy job and I understood why when I saw the location. To change the bolts there's no way for a impact wrench to get to them to breaks the bolts lose. Thanks David you are a real trooper breaking those bolts to change them motor mounts. I really appreciate the professionalism around the whole shop.
