I cannot emphasize enough how horrible this business is. The only positive review on this page appears to have come from an employee, which says everything. Instead of doing their job and allowing me to retrieve my personal belongings—something I have been requesting for over 12 days—time was apparently spent writing a false review.<br>Since my vehicle was towed, I have made repeated attempts to schedule an appointment to retrieve my personal property. I have a valid release from the lender, yet I have been met with constant delays, ignored calls and messages, and completely unprofessional behavior. I have been told things like “I don’t know,” “I have no clue,” and “that’s not my job” when simply asking for a date and time to collect items that legally belong to me.<br>I even had a third-party recovery company intervene on my behalf due to the lack of response and professionalism. After that, communication from the tow yard became even worse, and my calls have gone unanswered.<br>This company has shown a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect. If you value your time, your property, or basic human decency, do NOT use or trust this company. If anyone else is experiencing similar issues, I strongly suggest filing a report with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) so there is a formal record of these practices. I will be escalating this matter through the appropriate channels.

Dude needs some driving lessons. He and another red tow truck were chasing a red titan swerving through traffic by London area.almost caused multiple accidents. A police report was filed He pulled up inches from me like he was going to jump in my Tesla window. Anyone know who this is? He need money that bad? Was chasing a truck I know a place.
