Tires Plus guys are excellent and very reliable every time. We fixed multiple vehicles with them and they did fast and reliable work always. Sure some things were $ but that's just nature of car repairs especially if you have older vehicle. Guys at Tires Plus are extremely helpful. When I brought them my old hybrid, they knew what they could repair and what is best done at dealership. My old hybrid was at the end of it's life and they didn't try to drain my money to perform repairs that would be costly and would not help in a long run. They didn't try to mess with things that they were not experts in and that list is very small by the way. This time I stopped by with my brand new leased vehicle that I just had serviced at dealership and was skeptical about service dealership provided. TiresPlus guys looked at areas of my concern and gave me peace of mind. They were examining carefully and didn't charge me a dime. They also topped off my liquids for free as well. I absolutely appreciate their tentative manner and the fact that they are there for the work they love to do, not just the money like most places out there. Thank you Tires Plus, you got yourself returning customer:)

I recently visited this Tires Plus location in St. Lucie West and honestly had a really great experience. Going into a car shop alone can feel a little intimidating, and I was definitely nervous walking in, not knowing exactly what to expect. But the team here made me feel comfortable right away. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me before doing any work on my vehicle. I never felt pressured or talked down to, which I appreciated. They answered my questions, kept me informed, and made the whole process feel easy. It’s hard to find businesses that make you feel genuinely taken care of, but this location did. I’ll absolutely be returning here for future service!
