We hit a shoal at very narrow section of the channel. The tide was still low as we were entering the Sarasota Bay. Then within 5 minutes of realizing we needed help and lowering our anchor, Captain Mark with the Sarasota SeaTow passes by and immediately makes a u-turn knowing we were in trouble. He was very patient, concise and knowledgeable which calmed us down immediately. He towed us to deeper water where we could check the rudders and steering. All worked out perfectly. Captain Mark and dispatch Robbie were incredible. They arrived extremely fast to help salvage and rescue our sinking waverunner in the Gulf. They helped us stay calm in a stressful situation and brought it to the nearest boat ramp where we met them. Just the absolute best. Highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve had past experiences with other companies and it’s not even close how much better they are.

Captain Vinny and Jake helped me recover my sailboat after it drug anchor. They were awesome and could have cut my anchor, but didn't, they got it loose and pulled it up. I thought that was very considerate of them. Captain Sam was great with communication while waiting on the other captains to come help. This whole team is amazing and I truly appreciate their help!
