The worst experience ever and I wish I was exaggerating. My car was told from Jacksonville airport and sent here so by the time I landed around 6 PM and figure it out it was already getting late. this place only accepts cash no debit so not only did. I have to try to figure out how to make it to the ATM with no vehicle once I retrieved the funds I Uber to the facility just to see that it was in an empty pitch black street with no lights in front of it. My Uber driver refused to let me sit there at now 7 PM at night by myself with my luggage after Nick told me to sit in one of the wooden chairs out front until he arrived to the facility which wasn’t until 15 minutes after. I thank God for My Uber driver not leaving me there. We’re over $200 in my pocket and my luggage alone. Once the driver finally arrived, they don’t even allow for you to come inside of the office so the money exchange is done outside of the facility I never felt so unprofessional, unsafe and unprofessional in my life. It was so dark on that block that he himself( Nick) Had to use the lights from my Uber drivers vehicle in order to just look at my drivers license. The fact that he knew that not only was a woman, but also had his daughter with him that was a young girl, told me I could sit out front in the dark is crazy. My uber driver had even mentioned to him that she refused to leave me there alone from how sketchy everything looked. I wish that the experience stopped there but then as we walked to go look at my vehicle he informed me that Jason Went through my vehicle and took my spare key out of my purse, but then said that a coo was also involved But refuse to give me the police report so that I can retrieve the officers badge number. So not only was I not present when they went through my vehicle And my purse, where my car key was, but I was also not given the police report information. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Go elsewhere the quality of service and professionalism is terrible. I had my Honda Pilot repaired by this shop, insurance claim fully compensated them. I had to return the vehicle 3 times because of very visible paint runs, and overspray on trim and door jams. If I could see the pains runs and over spray surely they could. The back and forth and down time was a huge inconvenience when you rely on your vehicle for work, getting kids to school etc. I had a rental fully paid for by my insurance company but after returning the rental I was back and forth on my own time. My fault that I gave them another chance with a Honda Accord. Purchased the Accord used and noticed the front bumper was not seated propely, such that it would scrape speed bumps or parking blocks. I paid cash to have the bumper properly seated and even paid for a brand newfender liner. The bumper was simply tacked on not properly seated so I experienced the problem again and again and the bumper came off. Owner accused me of running oversomething. I know if I hit something. Even one of the technicians who worked for the shop pointed out the problem explaining the entire bumper needed to be removed and properly reattached because an entire liner underneath the car was sagging. the owner said I cause this. If I could have paid the tech I would have, he was on his hand and knees trying to patch the job because he didnt have authorization or time to properply fix the bumper. I will never use this shop again and I should have reported the issues to my insurance company when they didnt repair the Pilot correctly instead of being undertanding.
