Seized recovery provided an excellent service to us! We had to repossess the car that wasn't being paid for. We called at 2:30 pm and at 5 pm same day we got a message from them "We got it". The next morning we received a condition report along with pictures. Great communication too! Thank you Julie! Their price is fair considering they will store your vehicle for 10 days for free and not only store, they will also look after it. The only bad reviews are from people whose cars were repossessed.

Well I just got off the phone with you people. Not a friendly bunch. Your mics on your phones are horrible. I called at 1:30pm to recover my property. Which the lender sent email to them so I could. Well at 1:30 you tell me you’re booked up and I can’t get my property till tomorrow. What do you mean booked to we close. He says we close in a hour? That’s 2:30-2:45 pm. Who closes at 2:45 -3:00 pm on a Tuesday. I can’t wait to see what’s damaged on the truck. There was a loud bang when they took it out of the driveway. I just spent $8,500 putting in a second motor. Probably hit the oil pan. Great. I’m trying to explain to this guy my firearm was in my truck. I need to just collect it. I’m making sure I have this information noted as here are pictures. So if it’s missing. Tomorrow we’ll see.

Horrible Service.. these people towed my car without the keys and dragged it #1.. I called and spoke with them several times and when I showed up the receptionist acted like she didn't know what I was talking about so apparently calls go to a different place not the actual location or person at the desk. Nothing they said collaborated!! And they were so extremely rude!! I was told they close at 5pm and when I showed up at 3pm on a Friday to get my car they said they were closed. So I had to waste money on another uber ride. On top of that I had to wait until Monday to pick up my car and they charge for each day for storage!! So frustrating I hope to never have to deal with these people again.. if they don't like thier job just quit. Don't make things harder for others and use it as a power play on other people .
