We had a trash truck tip over, onto its side in a ditch. This was the first time our company has encountered this situation. Westside was one of my very first calls. The dispatchers were friendly and helpful. I received a call from the operator with in minuets. It took two trucks to get our truck back up right and pulled out of the ditch, but the whole process went quick and smooth. Their crew is very professional, friendly and helpful! We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work, help, and compassion they showed us through out the entire process! I can not recommend them highly enough!
