I went in to get my keyfob battery changed and Carter decided to use his pocket knife to open up my keyfob into like 10 pieces. I saw pieces of plastic break off and he just disposed of the pieces and said “you don’t need those they’re just debris”. Well I drove off heading back home (out of state) and my key fob came apart to the point where it doesn’t stay connected. No point in going back, what is he possibly gonna be able to do to fix it? Buy me another $200 key fob? I would avoid this place and go to any other auto store anywhere near Pagosa springs.
