I broke down in walmart parking lot. With many trying to help. A man wh9 works for max came and tried to quick fix but no go. He called max he hooked me up with an awesome tow company and just old school customer service. Got to shop amd max took time out if his saturday to diagnose my car. They are truly the very best. I can not remember the mans name but super awesome humans. Thank you so much :)

Okay...I don't even know what to say or how to say it!! ? I guess, technically, I could've just left the 5 stars but, truly...Max and his crew deserve so, so much more. We were blessed from the beginning, from the first call to the end result (which was literally 5 min ago!). - If you need a great mechanic, one who cares both about your vehicle and the person behind the wheel...and knows what it means to go through the stresses these issues bring (AND the ones you were already dealing with, already)...I hope you're fortunate enough to be in Pagosa Springs when you need the help and I really hope you call Best Rate. - Thank you, Max, even though thank you won't ever be enough. ?

Max is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. The kindness and helpfulness he has shown my family brings his business well beyond just an auto shop. Car troubles are a stressful thing to deal with but Max made us relax and feel secure in knowing it would get taken care of. Its good to see someone who truly cares and wants the best for all of his customers!!
