Its a sunday raining wet and nasty out my semi with double broke down... got a quote for $2400 at another shop down in Pensacola to tow down the street to loves and they gave me a 8 hour eta window. These guys said 700 and we can be there in an hour and they truly ment it. Thanks Michael for helping out and great conversation as well I highly recommend this tow company to anyone who broke down within the area-150 miles great prices worth waiting for them to come out for the price...trust me im an owner operator and this saved me hundreds of dollars!!!!!

Absolutely outstanding service from Kenny on a tow initiated from AAA. We all know AAA is not great, but they usually get the job done. They messed up my address, Kenny's boss called me immediately to address the AAA mistake, cleared up in seconds. I was given a clear expectations with a timeframe and brief summary of what his employee was doing to know what to expect and when. They nailed the estimate. Kenny was taking care of family obligations, daughter's prom. As soon as she was taken care of, he called to verify what was needed, where I was going, and what to expect from him. Still dressed up, he hopped in his truck and was to me right on time. His professionalism showed as he communicated about my vehicle, let me get stuff out and took care of my creature comforts in his truck. Quick and efficient, listened to questions and responded with kind patience. If I need a tow and had a choice, he is in my top 3 for sure in the area. To the review complaining that an illegally parked car was towed, don't park illegally and read the signs before getting too drunk to drive. You won't get towed! Good for not driving drunk, but part of that is being responsible for driving and parking ahead of time. Take rideshare or a taxi, cheaper than a DUI or tow impound fee!
