Rip off money grab. Very rude and nasty. My dad’s van broke down on the interstate. He asked me to tow it with my suv. By the time I got there 15 min later with him because he walked to meet me so I’d know its location law enforcement was there. Leo contacted them. I wasn’t allowed to tow because by this time now the battery had died. He had just purchased the van same day. Adam’s wanted 175 to tow. Refused to tow it to our address which was just one exit from where we were. Claimed to not have resources but towed it to their lot (a further distance). Even Leo said they can tow to your home but they wouldn’t I’m sure with hopes of having the van rack up a bill. Upon getting there next morning we were told the van couldn’t be jumped. Only they could and it was 35.00 each attempt. Wouldn’t allow us to put a battery. And gave the new tow company a hard time releasing stating they needed all kinds of documents but if not picked up would be more fees. I asked Ed for names and he refused to provide. Became very nasty like the previous guy. I will be filing complaints with dmv, BBB and Florida agriculture. They forced us to tow there and then claimed to not know what happened. Took advantage of the situation and was not our fault “they did not have resources” to tow one exit but had enough to tow to their yard further away. Don’t use this company.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any company — period. The dispatch team here is a complete joke. Brandon was rude, dismissive, and had zero clue how to talk to customers. He acted like doing his job was a favor instead of a service I paid for. If this guy represents the company, that says everything you need to know. When I asked for a manager, Nina got on the phone and somehow managed to make things worse. She was already on edge, raised her voice, and came across completely unprofessional and unhinged. There was no attempt to listen or help — just pure attitude. This place clearly hires anyone with a pulse and no training. Customer service is nonexistent, professionalism is out the window, and respect for paying customers doesn’t exist here. I wouldn’t trust them to tow a toy car, let alone my vehicle. Avoid this company at all costs.
