Beware of these scammers. Took my $100 for booking then they never sent out the mechanics. Had to call them to remind them about the Job. Then they said to pay another 275 to send them out with no guarantee ETA. They are very unprofessional. I will never do business or refer anyone to them. HORRIBLE

Terrible customer service and phone etiquette. My wife called to see if they were the company who previously provided her a service, he yelled at her and told her to stay off of Google and call another company. When she called another number which routed to the same company he screamed at her again. Then he called her back, claimed they “got off on the wrong foot”, and when she asked him to not call her, he screamed at her again. When I called to complain, I had to leave a voicemail, he called me back calm and said “I didn’t know his side”, when I replied that “I did not care and that you don’t talk to customers, especially women the way he did”, instead of apologizing he hung up on me. Disrespect, cowards, do not use this company.

Caution with driver in Road Runner ID6-OVR tow truck. Speeding, swerving & changing lanes like crazy all over Kissimmee/Poinciana area. Almost caused a bad accident. Drivers like this one shouldnt be allowed on the road.
