Great service! On time! Fair price! Highly recommend. The Tow operator who picked up my truck on St. George Island recommended them to replace my alternator. They completed the job quickly, used a new OEM alternator & charged the same price as if I'd had the work done at my favorite repair shop at home.

Service was great. I got new shocks, and they are amazing. The truck feels even better than when I first drove it. Tyler contacted me the minute he was done. I’ll definitely be returning.

I've always heard mixed reviews about this place but never been there personally as a customer. My wife's car was leaking oil and I brought this to have them figure out what was the leak and how much it would cost me. Right from the start he found another issue separate from what I asked. He said the fuel line was leaking. Monday morning the car was dropped off. A couple hours later he came back with a quote on the gas line. Great right? But, nothing on the main point of me bringing it there. So I called the office because I was out of the state. Going to share a little personal here. My wife unfortunately had a stroke a few years ago. No major permanent damage other than she has aphasia. For those who are unfamiliar with it. In short terms she doesn't always understand what people say due to communication issues in her brain and theres more but it gets to my next point. So with that being said I handled the communication with Tyler at this shop. Going back to Monday. I called the shop after I got the text message with a link of the quote on the actual fuel line but nothing on the oil leak. So I ended up calling the shop 6 times within a 4 hour period because no one would answer. It would just ring. Finally on the 7th call Tyler answers and I explained to him I was out of the state and I was wondering what the update was for the oil. He said they haven't looked at it yet because they didn't have a lift available yet. So I said OK I understand I just was wanting to make sure the situation was explained correctly for the main reason. So I waited. And I waited. And I waited. Finally I hear back with what the issue was. OK so. I asked for a quote. Never heard back until the next day. Still no biggie. Both quotes came back for a fuel line and a Valve Cover. I explained to him I couldn't afford everything and I didn't want to short him so I approved the fuel line repair and told him I'd get up with him after I had some more money saved up and schedule another appointment to have the leak fixed. Moving forward. Wednesday comes and I get a message from Tyler said they sent the wrong part and they needed to get a new one before they could have the replacement part. I stop by Thursday to speak with Tyler. I walked into the office and no one is to be found anywhere. This is roughly about 2:30ish maybe 3 pm. After a few minutes I walked outside to look for someone. I found 3 guys propped up talking and I asked if Tyler was around. One guy said he was out the rest of the week and will be back Monday. Monday my mother was able to ride my wife down there to check on the car because once again no one would answer my phone call. My mother calls me up and said we might have a problem. I asked what was going on and I could hear my wife in the background and she sounded stressed. The next minute Tyler gets on the phone and starts raising his voice at me stated that he was feeling rushed. He told me they sent the wrong part and he needed a new part to fix it. Said he's working on all the community's vehicles and he doesn't have time to prioritize my car. The conversation got heated and I told him I didn't ask for special treatment I just asked for an update because the last I heard was the wrong part was ordered. He then accuses of me trying to rob him out of work because he gave me a "quote" on another job and I told him the reason I didn't go ahead was because I couldn't afford it and I already agreed to come back in a few more weeks after I get the money up. I have never in my life ever had someone start screaming at me(especially a business owner) because I asked for an update on my wife's car. I don't care if you're having a bad day or you're stressed out. You don't start screaming at a customer. If I started off screaming or raising all kinds of heck I could understand completely. But this was very unprofessional and you just lost a customer and potential money. If I could rate negative starts I would. Very unpleasant experience and unprofessional.
