I called on a Saturday at 10. He was busy but texted back within a few minutes. I needed to get rid of my old Cart batteries ASAP. I made it to the shop in good time and the owner was so kind. This is a small scrapper that pays fair market prices. The best part is, it's a small local business and you feel good about helping the community grow. The communication is a 6 out of 5. Brought some scrap aluminum fence posts and panels from a yard repair project. Southshore was well maintained, safe, very friendly team and helpful with unloading. The scrap was scaled with weight visible. The weight was close to my estimation and the price per pound was fair. Better to recycle, get some cash than send it to the landfill. I will be a repeat customer. Great job Southshore.
