They towed my car last night at 11:40 ish for being on a line that was not even half of a parking space, and they are charging 439.52 plus a 45 admission fee and 26.75 every day that it’s there. I asked my apartment complex about this and they said that they would call and ask them not to tow spots like this in the future, but I still have to pay.

As a property manager - I rely on CommTow - These reviews about them being unprofessional is absolutely not true. These guys go out of their way to take pictures and they take videos of vehicles before they’re towed and they make sure that the vehicles are in compliance for the property management company in apartment communities. I love these guys so much that I actually bought a car from them when it wasn’t picked up from salvage; they are reputable. They are good. They are Professional. And you know that if you’ve been told you’ve been towed for a reason and they will show you the proof all you have to do is be polite and ask and if your property manager and you’re not working with these people, you’re spending money and you’re ruining your reputation.

What a joke of a company, and what a joke the low life property managers and communities that use this company are. $500 to get your car just 3 or 4 hours after it was towed is ridiculous. And then, you can’t even go pick it up, you have to “set an appointment” so they can “make sure someone will be there”. At $500 a tow, and you can’t even afford to pay someone to be there at all times?
