Closed at 3 on Monday 10/13 when hours posted are until 4. Wont answer phones, I cant visibly see workers present, front gates locked and theres a line of scrapers waiting for business. Disappointing and inconvenient.

Review for Introverts: This place is great. Staff are really nice and they will unload for you/help with heavy stuff. Instructions/signage are a bit unclear. When you pull in, you'll see what looks like two entrances. Head to the left towards the small building. There is a ramp there that leads to a scale that you drive onto. Pull up on the ramp next to the door and someone will come out to get your info from your ID and weigh your vehicle. They will then direct you where to go. Staff will then hand signal you to back up and help unload. After you're unloaded, drive back around the small building and up the ramp again from the front side. They will weigh the car again and calculate the difference. Then you just drive around to the other side of the building and walk up to the window. You sign a piece of paper, drop a thumbprint, and get a lil cash! It's pretty straightforward once you've been a couple times but can be intimidating at first. Luckily, everyone is super nice and helpful. Hope these instructions help someone feel more confidant than I did on my first visit :D
