10 OUTTA 10 recommend I’ve had the absolute best experience with Rolling Hills Towing company. Ralph was incredibly gracious and timely. I’ve used this company twice in the past 2 months and both tows were top notch, having a car towed is can be a very stressful situation and Ralph was so assuring and made the situation as low stress and easy as possible. My first tow was due to my Volvo breaking down on the side of the road, great phone communication and arrived asap. I felt very comfortable with the towing of my Volvo, nice tow truck, remarkably quick, and smooth ride (I rode behind the truck and from my observing and I was impressed, lake county is a busy area these days) Earlier this week I ended up buying another Volvo and it broke down in route to my house i tried to use my AAA gold membership and waited 3 hours!!!!! I didn’t have AAA on the prior tow, and I wouldn’t recommend AAA to anyone. They communicated poorly and was an awful experience. However the GOOD NEWS - Knowing Rolling Hills Towing is very reliable and HONEST. I called Ralph prior to picking up the car and asked if he could be a potential back up if AAA fell through. He checked throughout my 3 hour wait for AAA and I decided it would be easier for me to have it towed in the morning. Ralph was there in the timeframe discussed and brought my car right to me. Even made the offer for a receipt to give AAA so I could be refunded! AWESOME! All around wonderful company! VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!!!!
