Absolutely awful experience with Miller and Myers Demolition. Don was flat-out rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making what should have been a straightforward job a nightmare. They showed up with old, beat-up machines that were clearly not maintained at all—constantly breaking down on the jobsite and leaking fluids everywhere like an environmental hazard waiting to happen. To make matters worse, when they claimed the job was “complete,” they left a mess behind that looked like they just gave up and walked away. Debris, spills, and cleanup were left for us to deal with. This company cuts corners, doesn’t respect clients or property, and takes zero pride in their work. I would strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, GREAT COMPANY. Got the job done quickly, they did exactly what we agreed on. Doesn’t require most of the money upfront at signing like other companies did. I have a huge issue with companies that require money upfront and they haven’t done a single thing. Most of the times that’s a red flag. THIS COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND TO BOTH INVESTORS AND REGULAR HOME OWNERS. I’M AN EXPERIENCED INVESTOR THAT HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH OVER 500 CONTRACTORS OF ALL TYPES AND THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY COMPANIES I DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE ISSUE WITH.

Working with Don the owner of Miller Myers demolition was a wonderful experience. We had 2 projects to demolish. One in Fort Lauderdale and another in Miami. Both of these projects were for out investors in consisted of interior demolition and full demolition. In both cases, the job was done on time and ready for the next stage of our project. Land was cleared, all debris removed and we were ready to move to the next stage of our project. I highly recommend Don and his demolition company for his professionalism, honesty and punctuality.
