Terrible experience, the parts were damaged in shipping due to poor packaging, these guys claimed the ups insurance and never came good for replacing/refunding for the parts. Took my money, and the ups insurance money and ran. Won’t return phone calls. Would never recommend buying from this company period. Edit They reply to this review. Admit they’re wrong doing. Say they can’t contact me yet they have my number and I have called them multiple times. I even co operated with there ups claim sending all necessary pictures to ups for their refund. Yet they still refuse to issue a refund/return of the item. It’s still sitting in the box ready to be shipped back. Please call or answer my calls if your planning on making this right. I’ve added photos of how this company packages parts. Inadequate packaging damaging parts and blaming the buyer.

A great source for Outboard Motor parts. Cheerful professional staff was helpful in offering troubleshooting tips and techniques. Parts were clean and in good condition. Prices are fair. I will do business with C.O.R. again. ?

They not only had my part at a fair price but they use to have a mechanic on site and they repaired and installed the part for us!!! Would recommend them to any one looking for used parts for their boat! Great customer service!
