Long story short: My 2011 Honda Accord was parked outside of a hotel where I resided for the night. A robber pooked my window causing the entire glass to shatter. I contacted Fredricke with Natransusa who assured me he had a replacement original Honda passenger side Glass for my 2011 Honda Accord Coupe Ex-L. I purchased the window and wanted to fix it asap before it rain and my car is filled with water. After purchasing the window I was advised that due my home being a condo they cannot deliver the glass to my home. I then had to drive miles to pick up the glass and then drive 45 mins to my mechanic only to find out the glass is not a match to my vehicle. I had to pay my mechanic for labor for opening my door the first time. I contacted Fredricke whose response to me was that they no longer want to do business and refunded the money to me . He also had an attitude saying you can keep the glass and not to return it. I’ve tried over and over to reach Fredricke to find out what exact kind of glass did he send me incorrectly and I still haven’t been able to make contact as well as nobody has called me back. Since then I purchased a glass through my mechanic and he fixed it the second time with pay.
