Had a great experience with them Elvis was very help and knowledgeable about why my tires were getting so bad and what tires would be best and affordable for my budget. Along with the tires I also had a oil change and filter change, they even checked my cabin filter which I didn't know I had.. overall very friendly and professional service. Made an appointment for a broken AC for first thing in the morning. Waited three hours during which they replaced the air filters. This did not solve the problem. Made another appointment, was told I’d have to pay for an AC diagnostic. This is how I learned that one was not performed when I took the car in the first time. For a broken AC. They did eventually agree to waive the fee. Turns out it was a potentially catastrophic coolant leak. I don’t know how difficult it was to identify this coolant leak, but I’m skeptical any due diligence was given at my first appointment. Glad I didn’t end up completely ruining my engine. As a final cherry on top, the windshield wipers were both the wrong size and installed incorrectly. Pros: super friendly customer service.

I was so stressed about my car. I had taken it to a mechanic and he told me I had a bad leak. I did not have enough $ to pay for it to be fixed right now. I decided to stop by Pep Boys just to see how much they would charge me to fix it. The guy there ... Elvis, was great. He had a guy in the back to check it out and I found out that I didnt even have a leak. They did fix what was needed and I was out of there within 30 minutes. It was less than half of what that mechanic was going to charge me. I would go back to Pep Boys in a heart beat. They are honest and definitely helpful. Thanks Pep Boys !
